Usualmente utilizado para describir un arroz que está en grumos ya sea porque no se ha terminado de cocinar bien o porque se ha utilizado a propósito mucho líquido para cocinarlo.

Used to describe rice that is mushy, clumpy or sticky because it has not been cooked well or because a lot of liquid has been added on purpose during the cooking process to make it as such.
