Dos hermanas caminan hacia su clase de danza.

Two sisters walk to their dance class.

Laura

¿A qué hora es que empieza la clase?

What time does the class begin at?

Sofia

A las 3 en punto. Ellos son súper puntuales. Caminemos rápido.

At 3:00pm. They are very punctual. Let’s walk fast.

Laura

Pero no vamo’ a llegar a esa hora… ay mejor quedémonos en casa hoy, ‘toy muy cansada.

But we aren’t going to get there at that time… Let’s just stay home for today, I’m very tired.

Sofia

¿Cómo así Laura? ¡Que vaga eres! Vamo’ que tenemo’ que hacer ejercicio.

How come Laura? You’re so lazy! Let’s go, we gotta exercise.

Laura

Yo solo quiero ‘tar acota’ en mi cama con el abanicoa to’.

I just want to lay down on my bed with a full fan.

Sofia

¡Que vaina contigo! No, no, sigue caminando que hay que llegar.

Laura

¡Ay está bien! Como tú diga. Ay, pero es que tengo una jartura loca.

Ok then! Whatever you say. But I am really full dude.

Sofia

Si, esto se te baja de aquí a que lleguemos.

Yes, you will not be full when we get there.

Laura

Pero por lo meno’ tomemo’ una guagua, ya no quiero caminar ma’. 

But let’s at least take a bus, I don’t want to walk more.

Sofia

Ya casi estamos llegando, tate mansa, que hoy toca algo bien chulo en la clase.

We are almost there, relax, that today we are going to do something very cool in the class.

Laura

Ok, pero que sea la última ve’ que quiera ir caminando a la clase. Si allá vamo’ a hacer ejercicio, ¿pa qué hacer ma? ¡Voy a llegar con un grajo!

Sofia
