Quipe

Bollito de trigo, que se rellena con carnes y vegetales. Se sirve frito y acompañado de ensaladas o solo.

Small wheat pate, stuffed with meats and vegetables. It is served fried and accompanied by salad, or on its own.

El quipe se prepara enrollando el relleno ya cocinado en la masa de trigo, y friéndolo todo rápidamente. 

Quipes are prepared by rolling the wheat dough unto the pre-cooked stuffing, then frying the whole thing briefly.
